PAH350 pump structure features:
1. The housing, crankshaft, connecting rod and crosshead are made of ductile iron
2. Crankshaft and gear shaft are supported by self-aligning roller bearing
3. The gear pair is alloy steel forgings, medium hard tooth surface, separated helical tooth transmission, more uniform hand, more stable operation.
4. The rotating parts are forced to be lubricated by the built-in oil pump, and all parts of the oil circuit are attached to the outside of the housing for convenient replacement and maintenance.
5. Alloy steel forging cylinder with threaded bonnet on top and side.
6. Clamp connection is adopted between the intermediate rod and the piston rod.
7. Crankshaft bearing bearing bearing replacement.
